United White Advance to Virginian Final - Spring 2009 (U9)
Congratulations to ASA U9 United White, finalists at the 2009 Virginian Memorial Day tournament! United White went undefeated through 4 games, scoring 12 goals before falling 1-0 in a tough match in the finals Monday afternoon. Please join Coach Jessica Smat in congratulating the girls for their determination and hard work!
United Girls White and Red See Tournament Success - Fall 2008 (U9)
U9 United Red - 2008 Solumbia Fall Classic U9 United White - 2008 Bethesday Thanksgiving Classic
The U9 Girls United Red, won the Columbia Fall Classic. In the semis the team faced the #1 seed and undefeated home team (
Columbia ) and won with a 2-1 score for their first ever win this season. In the final the United Red faced an
Annapolis team who beat them 1-2 the previous day. The final ended in a 2-2 tie and immediately went to penalty kicks, where the United Red won.
The previous weekend in the U9 Girls White also reached the finals of their tournament (Bethesda Thanksgiving Classic) only to loose a heart breaker at the end after sweeping their 3 group games and scoring 16 goals and having to endure 3 games in one day due to a rain out the previous day.
The teams played their hearts out and most certainly will return in the spring with a new found determination.

Rising U11G (WAGS) - Alexandria United White/Red
(Currently U10G) is looking to add committed and motivated players to their roster. United plays year-round and is professionally coached by Ed Thomas. United players have a "hard work pays off" mentality and push eachother to improve both at practice and at home.
